Those numbers are not set in stone and change every year, but over a 10+ year career, they probably are not far off the mark.

Mark,The DreaMaker program is not a FHA product as far as I know.

So all in we are talking about 12k and then i also want to mark the property down at a discount when i go to sell to hopefully close sooner.
