FHA loan on a second home

I am an owner of a 2 family home. I used a chase DreaMaker product to finance the home with only 5% down. Now I'm ready to buy a 4 family home and want to use an FHA loan for the first time.

Does anyone one know if I would be able to get an FHA loan since I have never used one and be considered a first time home owner? Can my partner apply for the FHA loan since he has never owned a home while I'm his partner in the deal? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
