Don't you think they have been buying jet fuel since the 50s... its not like this is publicly traded on the Chicago board of exchange like pork bellies and timber futures etc.. of course he wasted a year ..

You are looking as losing 40% of the money.If you're in the 28% bracket the loss to taxes is 43%.The juice isn't worth the squeeze.

I've continued to keep the juices flowing by spec-ing homes, buying foreclosures etcc.

It got the juices flowing once again and my OCD kicked in.
