I have be having serious doubts now because I do not want to have issues selling the house such as it not matching county records, buyers having issues obtaining financing or potential lawsuit.

How well behaved they are etc.If they say any of their dogs are under 15-20 lbs, I call them directly on the phone.

Our dogs are well behaved dogs.

Who knows if they will be having the same luck 6 months from now!
