I’ve been contemplating getting rid of my property manager which is renters warehouse and use an app like cozy to collect payment and manage my rental myself.

I did not notice many tips on the original question, so I will answer here.The answer to my original question is (was): yes, but probably only if you created an LLC to receive your income, and had a bank account that showed the monthly income as of Feb 2020, and your bank was willing and able to take your app.

I use an app on the phone.

I was going to use an app like movavi or imovie to create a video I could send to the potential applicant. 

@James Sigsbee EIDL's are tied to EIN or SSN so you can make one app per tax number.
