After reading thru comments(on my Iphone), I ended up testing the strength of my Otterbox by hurling my phone against the livingroom wall!

I used a free iPhone app called BizXpensTrkr then export it to a spreadsheet, but just a spreadsheet works fine and saves $50-80 a month.

We scan our receipts using either our printer/copier/scanner or Scanner Pro (iPhone App) to the receipts folder for that particular property in our Google Drive.
