@Dylan Garber There's a group of us that are in masterminds that have a what's app chat. 

I spent the better part of last year in a mastermind with other operators and syndicators learning the ins/outs of underwriting, networking, and broker relationships.

You will receive an Addict award along with a habit; as well as learning and retaining useful real estate information without struggling.We are considered to be the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with so connect with REIA meetings, accountability partners, and mastermind groups to engage with individuals interested in real estate investing.At the bottom of this page is a list with help in it.

The masterminds and gurus tend to be more focused on residential, since (look at these forums) that is where a larger pool of possible customers lies.  

The 3rd currency is relationships which any solid REI community can help with this can also help with time as you can leverage your relationships to get support on projects...meaning you do not have to spend your time swinging a hammer as well as can mastermind to accelerate knowledge.People should consider 3 things when they are exploring education, mentorship or any $cost programs.Does it work? 

Always looking to meet like minded people and wanting to form a mastermind group.
