You made a series of poor Choices but you did make one good move in all this and that is you have a short term lease .

Hello BP, I am new to investing, I live in Akron, Ohio I'm looking for feed back on what type of housing are considered if you were a cash buyer, or real estate investor for rentals, fix flip, or sale, what areas would be a good choice if you had to pick?  

Google "probate leads" and you'll find a few choices to chose from.

I don't carry my mouse with me often, but if I want to edit or update my profile, I need to use the mouse, Not sure why, but this worked for me.

My recommendation was from 2 yrs ago and since then I only use Stewart Title or Land now unless I don't have a choice.

I was going for cashflow thus made choice in multi's.

I can make choices based on a smaller or larger rehab budget but it seems that neither approach has yielded any luck as I have also approached a few companies with less lofty rehab goals and been told they dont do loans that small.  

It would have been the buyers choice on how to access the problem and it it an undisclosed material fact possible hurting the value of the property.

However, your ex will still need to be evicted and may have some choice words when you meet her in eviction court and she realizes what has transpired.I gotta say this is a crazy plan...
