Regardless, it can be low taste to do in indoor common areas, but it doesnt tachnically sound like hes breaking any rules.

Rehabbing is expensive, especially when hubs has expensive taste.

I could taste progress when I was taking action and buying, holding, leasing and dealing with the mundane tasks of property repairs, maintenance and taxes (accounting and reporting).  

I'm doing an FHA loan so that i don't have to come 30k out of pocket including dp so a closing fee in the tens of thousands put a sour taste in my mouth.

(Total Wine offers free wine tasting)  I plan to do this rinse and repeat and eventually people will tell their friends and I will grow an audience.You ultimately want to be "the go-to-guy" in your area for investing in real estate.Start a podcast.Write a book (it's easier than you think).Those things will also increase your credibility in the eyes of others.If you could link up with another well-established group, see how you can add value, and ride their coattails that would help your credibility big time.Go to real estate investing seminars too like ones held by guys like Brad Sumrock, @Joe Fairless, Dave Lindahl, etc. 

Not too big but big enough to get a decent taste of commercial residential property.

I basically just told my realtor that we’re gonna start giving them a taste of their own medicine.

Some are out of necessity, because of damage, and/ or wear - and - tear, while others, are for cosmetic, and/ or taste - related reasons!
