My family are not risk takers whatsoever Next month I should be closing on my very first rental property so I'm pretty excited but I told my family I want to use the "BRRRR" method which I explained to them, but they just don't like the fact that I will be risking and getting higher interest rates on my next rental property.

If you had a house with a fenced in back yard, I will say we have a duplex with tile floors throughout, where they have dogs and there's no issue whatsoever.

@Joe XieI just finished a HELOC and was able to get own occupied terms (utility bills still in my name, current house-hack so qualified for owner occupied) and there were no fees associated with the loan whatsoever.

This was proposed to me by a prospective corporate tenant for the lease per the request of their Fortune 500 company:“Either party shall have the right to cancellation of this lease for any reason whatsoever upon 60 days written notice to the other party without incurring any penalty therefore.
