Not all educators are gurus, a guru to me is one who mentions or implies that their information will lead a student to wealth, that has a program that is nothing more than a marketing spin off of old and well known types of transactions, that more is spent on selling the "system" than really educating and doing so with hype and fluff giving the impression they have some unique experience, qualification or success.

First- sorry to start another thread on this, but I can't find any others through keyword search on BP, and I was spinning my wheels Googling I just passed my IL broker exam and I am seeking a sponsoring broker.

To put a positive spin on your situation.

They are real spin masters. 

Unless you have someone to hold your hand and show you the ropes, it is likely you will spin your wheels for nothing.

It turns into a win win for both sidesMy point is look at other avenues to find leads Me too  i will do zero interest loans on my OREO.. and or just flat give it away for a write off.I dont personally deal with the wholesale crowd  it simply to much work there are some that understand the game but its become very over saturated and they are just cannibalizing each other.. things could shift when they spend money to get deals and cant spin them.. buying and controlling your inventory to me is the way to go its what we have always done..  

My head was spinning when I heard some comp figures recently.

There are so many buzzwords and phrases in there my head is spinning.

If you don't select a niche, you'll spin around in circles trying to do a little of everything and not mastering anything.

I will make an exception for the smokies @Collin H. is a PM but he tells it like it is and doesn’t try to spin anything for business, very rare.
