Their S Corp liability carrier told them to get an attorney for themselves, as they only represent the S Corp.Now, I spoke to my insurance agent, as I have businesses in LLC's and was advised that when I get liability insurance for the LLC, a sharp insurance agent will include an endorsement to cover the member owners.Just goes to show when you setup things in a more complicated way, you screw up somewhere if you're not careful.I spoke to attorneys about this, and their first question is "will I self manage?"

Mind you, a mentoring program will only enhance whoever already has a foundation of good qualities and a sharp mind but it won't give anyone a lobotomy.  

They all kind of do them as extra money on the side and to stay sharp on evaluations.

A pool definitely helps with the summer months but you can overcome that with some if everything is super sharp and inviting.You also need to decide what is the shortest term you want?
