A year later and now we get to remove all the cat piss ridden parts of the home during this rehab.We ripped off all base boards, sanded the entire home due to the cat piss seeping through the carpets and saturating the old hardwoods underneath.

I see a lot of people getting scared of Real estate and moving to other industries because "times are tough" - That is exactly me entry point, when the market is less saturated by fear.

Every time I saturated the map with analysis and notes I will just print another new one.

Investors also like the market because the buy-in is a lot better than other more saturated markets. 

More cash flow elsewhere in a less saturated market.

Rates are based on many factors, but claims and market saturation will have the biggest effect.

I see some other properties per AIRDNA that do pretty well down the mtn, but was just trying to get feelers on if it is over saturated.

I just started looking into the Galveston/Surfside area and wondering if it's still profitable or if it's over saturated with air bnb yet?
