Mine is to stay true to my old school roots.

The investors are happy with it, We are happy with it because we are able to continue to use our system that generates good deals rather than just stopping and waiting 4 or 5 months for the bank to come around, and the new tenants are happy because they get a house to set down roots and work towards home ownership. 

It could be something as simple as tree roots invading and breaking apart the line.

I'm not writing this to brag, I'm writing this because there was a time in my life that I was so plagued with doubt, fear, depression, anxiety and addiction that I could of have never Imagined that Id ever get out of the root I was in.
