Do you have any pointers on moving into this space?

If more retailers vacate their space than those properties are at risk of losing tremendous value as it will be difficult to re-lease to a tenant that is not impacted by California's high costs to do business. 

That can be the reason some people have differing opinions on how each group should operate in the real estate investment space.

Who will drive by regularly and check for unauthorized renters, weeds in the driveway, trash piled up, a tenant taking up five parking spaces, or other issues?

It is such a big opportunity for someone to establish themselves in that space, but finding the people talent is not an easy proposition. 

Some of them are 5 by 10 foot spaces.
