They really only seem to get their info from the Toronto Real Estate Board though, so if you're looking outside of the GTA, you won't find sold info.The only other ones I know are zoocasa and zolo, but I don't find them as easy to navigate and as far as I can tell, they don't seem to have much more sold data.
