@Mike Osterman again this all comes down to if a state agency wants to poke into your business.. and if your asked...if you think just because you know your intent and you change your mind the regulators will just look at it as a Ruse to get around the rules... you won't go far with that one.. but again especially in CA were there are 40 million plus people.. you would have to get turned in by someone.. if you had a track record of tying up a property throwing it on craigs list just taking a fee on the hud.. and you did that 10 times lets say and never actually bought one of them.. then yes that's your intent clearly your intent is to make middle man fee's you know its your intent you can couch it any way you want.. you get a regulator on to you and you will know what stress is..

In San Carlos CA.. and they bought these buy the hundreds and then marketed to Chinese in China.. the owners were Chinese as well.. big show .. big office pictures with Reagon,,, rolls Royce in front of the officeThese are legal lots of record with little to no real value .. but they couch it as this is going to be the next LA....

Right now I have no money at all, literally living on a friends couch at the moment.I've been told to get people to agree to sell at a minimum of 85% of what the property is worth.
