@Dev Horn  I am with Dev  any signs near me would be toast.... we have them in PDX but again competitors realtors neighbors take them down as fast as  they go up.. plus people that use these typically are brain dead they don't answer the phone anyway and waste time and leads.. never did understand those that do these signs and direct mail yet don't answer the calls.. :))

Do NOT go be a RE after college, I think your priority should be getting a job.No I am not one of those that will tell you go do what is expected of you.Get a job because having a job will make your REI dreams come true SO MUCH easier and faster.You can get a loan, you have a salary, you and then go for wholesaling , house hacking...doors don't just open if you have a job.. they ARE open when you do.That will be 2 chickens, and 1 goat.
