Within NB there is an expansion of healthcare and within SM Amazon and a few tech companies are establishing themselves.

Bottom line is if you strategically adjust your income you qualify for a ton of Govt-paid programs, one of which is healthcare insurance. 

We have an exceptionally strong health care market that is stabilizing employment.
