Of course if the offer is right and they make out great, I am sure they would sell however they aren't going to jump at 70-80% ARV.I shot out about 1k on my first mail up north of Seattle and doing another 500 towards eastern Washington.Edit: I wouldn't call it a waste of my time, although it may be to some degree.

Where I am from (south eastern Wisconsin,) a mound system usually goes in place of a standard septic system with a drain field.

I will say to eliminate central and eastern ma when you factor that  because there is a huge spread.
