My first brrrr .. 2 quick question
Finally got my first brrrr property under contract in eastern Long Island

Purchase price 210k
Repair 50k
Arv 330
1. What is the max I can refinance for? My credit is around 730. I'm thinking probably 75% LTV but maybe you guys can point me to something better.
2. Any specific strategies for finding the cheapest insurance possible? I can obviously contact the local agents but was wondering what most of you guys do.
