Hi Biggerpockets community, I’ve been hooked to real estate investment lately and determined to buy the first property in the next 6 months.

Greetings BP,I wanted to share my parking "activities" within the BP community since I see this a pretty obscure topic. 

My community already has doggie stations with doggie bags, or I would supply those.

This is such an amazing community, just another example.

So, now I’m looking for advice on where a new investor should begin in this community—whether it’s podcasts, books, or even specific forums within BiggerPockets.I am really eager to learn, grow, make and learn from my mistakes, take calculated risks and in short dive into this whole heartedly. 

I posted a while back asking if it was worth it or not and after BP community responses, research and friends that live in the surrounding area we finally did it.

What might help you for the next attempt is to read (BP's book written by yours truly--The Hands Off Investor), and network (join a community where investors discuss deals, trade advice and observations--coming soon will be Passive Pockets, an offshoot of BiggerPockets which recently acquired the popular passive investing group Left Field Investors).
