Unlike personal property, real estate also requires agreement on closing date, repairs, etc., so even if list price, cash is offered, another term might not work, so likely no way to hold a seller to sell until they actually sign an offer.

Hey everyone, I am a land investor (3 years experience and over 100 transactions to date) who has seen this company in many states but I have never spoken to the owner (even though I called once because I had a lead on a land deal that I thought would fit his inventory and just wanted to wholesale it instead of buy it myself).

Owner Rez sounds like it may be a bit dated and less user friendly, and Lodgify may be primarily good for it's booking system, but otherwise limiting from a features standpoint.
