Grossly unqualified people have no business being put in any pipeline driving your costs upward or wasting time, now or ultimately in the near future.I'm really glad to see the new mortgage regulations, while I think there could have been a better approach, at least there is an attempt to curbing incompetence, fraudulent dealings and intentional scamming.

My day job involves identifying fraudulent documents, so it helps tremendously, and most fakes have spelling, punctuation or mathematical issues, or are just badly done overall, but there are situations where I am in doubt and would love a 2nd opinion.

I have 3 and my extended family has many.There is simply no recourse for the home seller other than the BBB if a REI, rehabber or Wholesaler, does not fund the deal.When home sellers hear "My Money Partners" or "My Investors" from wholesalers, and the wholesalers have NONE, that is fraudulent misrepresentation of fact, a felony in some jurisdictions.

you should have her and him sign a break lease statemebt, which agrees to end both parties obligations. if they are combative to this you can threaten to file for eviction, which will show on both credit reports. they are absolutely obligated to pay feb rent, and then you would return half after they move out. security deposit should also be sent in one check, with both names. do not put yourself in the middle of their issues.

I believe I’d look at filing suit against the city for fraudulence and withholding that information which should have been publicly recorded or understand on the title .
