The scale of your development (large scale apartment complex or individual singe family housing) will determine the method that you would use to locate any utilities. 

Not sure about your FHA question, but Brandon Turner has written a lot about the above method, a combo of house hacking and BRRRR.

My main goal is to maximize my ability to purchase another property (3 is my goal) for next year using the BRRR method.

So you need to either speak to someone outside the hospital (like a property manager) or someone else inside the organization i.e. one of the traveling professionals that is aware of the normal method of being housed after being placed at that hospital.

Curious to hear from any investors if they use any type of incentive/creative compensation methods with their dealfinders/agents or property managers.
