If you are that kind of investor, you are not an investor you are just greedy.

Never take stated income at its word or trade rent discounts for repairs done by the tenant. 

To me that's being greedy.

I work for Trader Joe's and while it's a cool company, it's still trading hours for dollars with someone else telling you when you have to work.

This was Costco's organic, and it does look different from the grass fed I have had from Sprout's and Trader Joe's.

You can reasonably demand more money form them without seeming greedy simply by explaining to them that you need to update your insurance liability coverages, perhaps get a permit or an additional license.

I've been greedy in the past which has led to poor decisions.

BECAUSE of their greediness and poor business choices, small businesses everywhere, who employ other Americans, cannot keep up with this.I dont want government involvement in everything in this country, the government is already TOO involved but who is going to force these companies to take accountability to THEIR customers?
