Basically best use determined and clause to terminate or continue at sole discretion of JV Partner then % split to be determined from an independent appraisal done on the property prior to disturbing property based on future developed value at time of sale. 

I guess what i would do if she is mentally disturbed is call an attorney and also perhaps her emergency contact person 

Our reasoning is that we didn't need to see inside early, we would just disturb the tenants once.  

But I dug deeper and it’s mostly assaults and disturbing the peace.

What disturbs me most is the lack of compassion that some landlords are showing.

I think we as a society should provide more "supportive housing" options so that disturbed/disordered/crazy people can actually live without having to resort to illegal activities.

Usually when I write about this sort of thing, I prefer to be wrong rather than right.I just wanted to highlight the fact that a disturbing majority of people with good-sized incomes cut themselves offf from the wealth-building potential that comes with intentionally choosing to live below their means.
