Does the executive order have a certain amount of vouchers per capita or open to everyone?

We've had 3 properties in Birmingham, with qualified voucher tenants waiting weeks for housing authority inspections.

My section 8 tenants tend to be the least problematic because they know if they get evicted they lose their Section 8 voucher and are out of the program.

Hello Everyone,  Call me crazy, as every podcaster in the multi-family space always seems to bemoan working with sub B-Class tenants, but I'm committed to exploring the Cincinnati Housing Authority Voucher program to increase rents on mutli-family units in Cincinnati. 

Call your local housing authority and ask what the voucher allowances are based on #bedrooms.

I will accept Section 8 vouchers, but not from DHC or another office that is a nightmare to deal with.

In fact, I stopped accepting Dallas county vouchers years ago as that office was impossible to deal with.

I can see the tenant losing her voucher if she violated the rules.

I have a section 8 tenant in Birmingham city limits who got her voucher through Jefferson County.
