All I can tell you is they are getting pounded right now because of Coronavirus.

For a 10-pound Shih Tzu I may charge $250 and $25 per month.Animal-friendly rentals rent faster, bring in more money, and Tenants tend to stay longer.

Once I got 175 pounds of #7.5 and #9 lead shot for $150. 

Unless they are the stars of My 800 Pound Life, there is likely no way they are eating $500 a week in groceries that must be kept cold.

Penny wise, pound foolish. 

And when they find it... they are not going back and forth pounding if it will be a good investment, bc they know it is based on their financial resume, their criteria, their plan for the property and what they will do with it.

@Thomas Hoyla I admire your ambition but if you came to me I would tell you to pound sand.  

Being new to the area I am just going to have to pound the streets to look for deals.

And, for the naysayers who are pounding the oil & gas drum, you will notice that none of those companies are related to O&G.
