It’s not that different from sports coaching, except that it is focused on real estate investment.

We wanted to be able to stay home while they were young, coach their sports teams, etc.  

He's a good friend and seems mostly retired as he's an avid surfer, boxer and sports guy. 

I look forward to the camaraderie between real estate investor friends, that which is commonly only seen between sporting partners. 

I've played sports my entire life and for the most part was able to block it out, or at least press through it, when it came to that (for instance; up to bat in baseball or at the free throw line in basketball).

I'm a Junior at the University of Central Florida majoring in sports and exercise science with a minor in entrepreneurship.

Could be another language, type of sport, piano, photo shop, etc.

I'm a West Virginia University graduate, with a masters in sports administration from the University of Northern Colorado (as you may have guessed -- that is the excuse reason I am living here in this amazing state).

And real estate is a team sport.

Our metro is unusually large, has three professional sports teams, and is also benefited by an eclectic variety of industry.To add to that, the affordability is extremely attractive.
