Since then it's been a fun ride!

We may picnic at the park and play frisbee or ride bikes rather than go to a restaurant, but still have good (or better even) experiences.  

.-10 minutes to great local restaurants-Boat ramp 3 miles away (w/Parking)-National Forest 15 minutes away-Cumberland Falls 45 min away-Wildcat off-road park with 2,000 acres of riding 3m.

Hailing from the Orange Curtain :).I just recently passed my brokers test and hope to use my license to do some personally REI as well as being a buyer's agent.

It's going to be a rocky ride ahead.

There's a whole spectrum out there, plug in where you're comfortable and hold on for the ride of your life!

Need to allow for the time difference of course so you need to be a little more organized as things take a bit longer but its been quite a ride so far :)Best of luck and welcome to BP! 

Unfortunately, riding out the return of equity may not help in a case like this, with a high mortgage balance and payments.Whichever option makes the most sense to you, I do urge you to treat this as a learning experience.
