It is bound happen - but just have those risk management controls in place to prevent a big loss.

There are times I overbid because I know I can sell it back to the original owners, other times I'll buy lots knowing I can squeeze a neighbor to buy it to prevent someone from encroaching on their home.

I would probably add a garbage disposal to prevent clogged sink and would go with durable granite/quartz to prevent wear and tear.
