Why do you think employors would rather hire someone with a music or arts degree, perhaps history or english major than a highschooler?

I've been a harsh critic, Jay, of a lot of my music friends who have dedicated their lives to perfecting a craft which doesn't pay.  

Why would sports stars, music stars, movie stars buy almost walking distance from your front door?

Don’t make ANY life-changing,tax-based decisions until Trump and Congress are done with their musical chairs!!

I’m not a fan of rap music but I do like this song from Big Daddy Kane which is titled, “Ain’t No Half Steppin’”.

I grew up loving art, painting, design, music, etc. 

The only thing I don't like is no music on hold as of now.

(Smokey Mtns)There was the house in a nice general area, but with neighbors that blasted music until 10 every night and we woke up to beer bottles all over the yard.

Solution there for the time being is to simply not broker loans to those particular banks, but at some point (no one can predict when) capacity will be reached industry wide and the game of musical chairs will be over.

I enjoy writing music as well.
