I believe I was able to make a lot more sense of the numbers this time around and plugged them in correctly. please let me know your thoughts. 

She's not 100% incorrect in her concerns as it is a big undertaking (especially if you're just getting started).

They would have saved you a lot of time and money on this one, helped you find an actual deal instead, and walked you through the whole process in correct order.

I was thinking it would work to have a lawyer draft a new 30 day notice if the first was incorrect...Has anyone had success with "cash for keys"?

Exactly the point of my recent reply, and of the main post. 1- you haven’t seen what I’ve posted yet assumed u knew why I wasn’t getting responses 2- you would be correct if that’s how I talked in previous posts, but I haven’t 3- I do know how to speak professionally, and speaking unprofessionally once doesn’t equate to me having a lack of knowledge about it 4- my intentions are to actually learn why my posts aren’t getting attention (and no it’s not cuz I’m not asking a question/asking incorrect questions bc I can objectively analyze the impacts of my questions.

Am I thinking about this the incorrectly?
