Margaret Feit Reporting Personal-Title Properties on a Partnership Tax Return

The LLC has no claim to the title of the property but seems to be managing it.If the LLC reports the property anyway, no harm no foul (purely from a tax standpoint) since all activity will pass through to Bill and Susan anyway but I'd lean towards this being a landlord (Bill and Susan) / PM (Bill and Susan's LLC) relationship.Thoughts?

Side note; normally I would never give out the address to a buyer without having it under contract already, but at this point I had already 99% decided I wasn't going to make a dime on this deal, so I figured no harm, no foul.

They would essentially salvage structure and tear down structure that cannot be used and then cleaning everything with some sort of baking powder substance

@James Peterson I've been in this business neatly 40 years and never heard anyone using 'FTD'for 1st TD.No harm, just confusing.Absent a super-priority judgment occuring as the result of a buyer somehow buying a property subject to an existing AJ (abstract) with purchase money in junior position, your 1st TD remains.

No harm in reaching out to other agents; but also following up with this agent...I've followed up right away with people (or have had others do likewise to me) but the e-mail never sent correctly, think I hit send on a text but didn't, didn't post correctly, etc.
