From my experience i’ve ran into certain rules also such as regulations regarding primary residences for FHA and hard money etc.

@Jake Santos don’t have experience renting out but have plenty of expertise from a tax perspective in regards to this.

They usually require experience and they are lots of docs needed from architect drawings to a lot of permitting. 

Your background as a licensed architect with experience in commercial and residential projects is an incredible asset, especially here where so many members are navigating construction, renovations, and design challenges.Out of curiosity, have you worked on any projects that were particularly challenging or rewarding?

Whether an individual consultant or a mentor through a program, mentors provide the foresight and support you eventually need because of their experience.

Up until then I was cheerleading the earlier thought experiments about supporting lean/regular/fat income with ~$1000 / month per paid off SFH, thinking “I could bang that out in 5 years”.
