Unless you're talking purely retail sales between regular buyers and sellers where the buyer thinks getting the house for $0.01 below asking price is a steal.need to dial for agents.. if one agent wont submit it talk to another that will. or simply go direct to listing agent and write your own contract.. that acceptable no law says you must use a buyers agent..
