I personally wouldnt work with a discount broker on the list side as there is a decent amount of money that goes into presenting a good listing.

But in total hold a significant amount of money, 40ishk.What would you do or how to handle?

Albeit your self employeed which I get it there is a certain amount of freedom to that..
