If I had a client with a 25 unit apartment full of long term rentals, I would encourage hiring a separate property manager. 

This is very encouraging for a newbie to read. 

I would encourage you to contact their sales team and ask for contact information for the approved property managers.

I was SO encouraged until I seen in the video where it showed $68,000 needed as the down payment.

Like I said, I’ve only been diving into this REI stuff for a few weeks now so any sort of feedback, advice, or encouragement is greatly appreciated.

I've been a reference for several tenants through the years and often thought about being able to report to credit bureaus as a way of helping tenants - and encouraging them to pay on time to earn that good report.
