.- To do tile just in that area for 3k -just entrance, hallway, breakfast area and kitchen- dining room would remain laminate, laundry room laminate and living room carpet.

This includes baseboards in the kitchen, dining area, living room, hallway, small bedroom, large bedroom, and 2 walk-in closets.

It's an older, otherwise neglected single family in an upscale neighborhood of elegant but similarly aged and well-kept properties.I would like take on the project.
