I don't care about them (buyer beware)...I care about the homeowners who worked their whole life to purchase their home, then upon believing that the wholesaler is some sort of professional, allow themselves to become victims to this nonsense.I have seen it first hand - I managed a property for a client that was going to rebuild their distressed property but had to go through the motions with the city first.

In fact for slow motion video you cant get on par with a new iphone, until you hit studio level recording gear.I certainly agree, if you need quality photos for luxury home listings or whatever, you may certainly get better value out of hiring a "guy" for a hour...But if you want to dabble in amateur video/photography and or spruce up the quality of your quick pics, you cant go wrong with an iphone (and a cradle, and a lens, and several lighting options, and a class, and a book, and a desire to learn the skill)  

I have a couple exterior cameras that send me a photo in an email on motion.

It's just crazy to me someone can put you through the motions and not show up at closing (I did my final walkthrough the night before and he said he'd see me tomorrow) I just want some form of justice, however small it is, this is just so wrong.

I have the nicest place on the block after I installed new motion lights, fence, garden, etc.

If he/she is so certain there are criminal charges ask to file a motion pro bono against the police dept.

I am trying to get my first development in motion. 

This can include stuff such as putting a gate around the complex so only residents can enter, putting in motion-activated lights, security guard, emergency/panic alarms (similar to what you see on university campuses). 

I also installed a dehumidifier.
