I have read about the ROBS strategy and my understanding, at a high-level overview, is you establish a C-Corp, a complimentary 401(k) plan, and your funds over to the new 401(k) plan where you use the funds for your company.

I already read both eBook that you guys sent to me: The ultimate Beginners Guide and the Real Estate Rewind and both of them are awesome.

That includes both ebooks and physical books.
