I want to take the time to thank Joshua for putting that site to help both novice and experienced real estate investors to learn more. I also want to thank all of your staff ( Brandon, Brett...). I already read both eBook that you guys sent to me: The ultimate Beginners Guide and the Real Estate Rewind and both of them are awesome.
