I don't think location matters, provided CPA is a strong communicator, and has modern tools to make it easy to collaborate. 

I am looking for other investors in the Las Vegas area that would like to collaborate.

The responses from FB forums were great for collaboration but we needed a leads coordinator doing more low level calling work. 

Personal, one-on-one communications are almost always the best way to resolve problems, and I think landlords who foster collaboration with, and make themselves available to, their tenants do themselves a service.BUT that doesn't work with liability issues.If you want to communicate with a tenant who claims to have suffered an injury, limit that communication to listening and understanding the circumstances.

In fact ever "problem" is my fault, that being said there is no problem, it's an opportunity for a solution & I wont make the same mistake.I simply ask that folks consider things in a moderate a collaborative manner.
