I ran a background and it appears they were 14 years ago.

I dont have a construction background so the turnkeys have been perfect for my strategy.I’ve partnered with the TK company owner this year on an AirBNB and hope to use this knowledge to start an AirBnB on my personal house in a couple years.Hope that helps...Hank

Little background- bought a home in 2016 in Denver, CO and after the first 6-7 months my escrow/tax went up by around 50.00 and then by almost another 100/mo 12 months later (any advice on that would be appreciated actually).

My husband and I will be renting to two college kids who, do to their age, do not have a credit background and (since they have retail college jobs) make $50 less than 3x the rent (net income).

A little background on where I am at: I partnered up with my brother-in-law last year (I know a lot of you would saw that's a bad idea) but its been a great experience so far.

And then after you pass you will find that everything you learned so far provides you will a good base and background but very little of the actual practice of real estate like MLS, Contracts, negotiations and procedures; you'll need a good broker/mentor for that.
