I had loaded all our stuff in the contract movers van and loaded the 2 kids, 3 cats into our vehicle and towed the camping pop up trailer hoping we would have a house to move into when we got to AZ from PA.

It may be worth it to have a mover come out and look at it before buying one and they can give you a lot of insight into it.

I've found KeyCheck (which I believe uses Stripe to be very slow to move rent payments.

Properly outfitting a 3 bedroom will cost $10k give or take  but like most people have mentioned is going to be more money=less time or < money=more time There will be a lot of time just organizing what goes where, hiring movers, fixing any last minute paint scrapes etc.
