There are times where other asset classes outperform RE.Look at our recent financial crisis.During the crisis, gold spikes up (herding into safety assets).During the beginning of the post-crisis (2010-2012), stock market way outperform the real estate market (at least certain parts of the country).

What the first show of the season you will see the home 46 Aiken is the address ... you will see my GC Troy on the show as well.I have a 24 lot subdivision winding through the system we will start building Nov.. another 3 lot one we start this Sept.. and a few more in the works.. my goal is to be at 20 new constructions a year .. all from my easy chair in Orygun... sometimes one can't see the forest for the tree's.the last thing I would do is go out of state and buy low end rentals when your sitting on a gold mine.. at least in my perspective.My deals were in Old Mt.
