I still think it's a good idea to offer wi fi as long as I include some sort of clause in the lease stating that my company is not responsible for any criminal activity that is done with it.

Hello Everyone,I heard someone mention that when she worked at a mortgage company, she noticed a lot of international investors from Australia, Canada, China - to name some of the countries - who invested here in the states. 

I know what has happened has happened but for anyone else reading this make sure any internal areas that get water soaked are properly dried out.

After analyzing this markets when I look at my own portfolio, it makes me feel good about Chicago market and I ask myself why should I look for other markets when I can make much better ROI on my own backyard, in the area I know very well.However, I've seen many domestic and international investors looking for investment opportunities around Chicago.

That being said, the neighborhoods off of International Blvd as you head away from Lake Merritt are worth taking a look at.
