We are at a seminar this weekend and today (july 23rd, 2017) tons of people are going to sign up for the seminars, summits, workshops, mentors between $20k and $45k.

I bought a tax lien/tax deed course/membership and attended a 3-day workshop.  

I know most if not all of what I'm going through could have been avoided by being more educated, however at some point you just have to jump in and do that first deal.I purchased a duplex with a little workshop back in December of 2015.

The RV garage is currently being used by one renter as a workshop.  

I’ve also started a 3-day workshop on using creative financing to buy and hold property.

For those that live in the Boston area, there is a free Landlord workshop at MIT on Sat., March 3rd from 9-12 that focuses on reducing energy costs and tenant turnover.

We also attended that keyspire workshop Dec 2015.We enjoyed it but no way we were going to sign up for the membership. 

Has info from a variety of professionals with no sales pitch other than the opportunity to go to a full day workshop with the same speaker.
