And I don't want to encourage them to push out their deadlines so that they can beat them easily and think they're getting a bonus.I will, however, throw in a $500 bonus every now and then if I think they did a good job and I had some luck with not having any unforeseen items pop up.Ultimately, the bonus is more about the gesture that its not just about the numbers to me.
